Paneer Spring Rolls: A light crispy vegetarian appetizer. Paneer is Indian cottage cheese with a firm texture that does not melt easily.
Onion Bhajis: Finely sliced onions smothered in a simple, fragrantly spiced batter and fried to crispy perfection.
