Free Click & Collect from our store in Letchworth Garden City – The order is usually ready to collect within 30 minutes. The store is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm


Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.

£2.99 charge for all orders below £30 in value

£4.99 charge for Next Day Delivery (order deadline 2pm, Monday - Thursday only)

For convenience we are able to offer a Weekday AM, Next day Saturday delivery service via DPD for a cost £7.99. This services excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles

Amending an Order

Once we have received your order our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible.

We will aim to do this the same day for all orders MON-FRI (excl Bank Holidays). It is advisable that any amendments or changes you wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service team at as soon as possible.


UK Mainland customers who are not delighted with their purchases (wrong size or colour, not what was expected or just change of mind) may return their products within 28 days and request a no-quibble refund. Any purchases that have been used or are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the purchases we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Please allow up to 7 working days from us receiving the item for the refund to appear into your account.

The costs of returning unwanted purchases to us shall be borne by you.
